ABSTRACT

Glomus tumors are relatively rare benign neoplasms that originate in the glomus bodies and are often found in the acral regions. Histologically they are classified into three types, with glomangiomyoma being the rarest variant. We present a 10-year-old female with intense pain in the first finger of her right hand, with typical clinical characteristics of a glomus tumor, but turned out to be its rarest histopathological variant.
