ABSTRACT

The final report of the Focus Group on Strategic Planning in the management of academic processes and in health institutions, held on November 19, 2020, at the National Council of Scientific Societies, is presented. It counted with the participation of the Master's Degree in Medical Education students, cadres, officials of the Ministry of Public Health and professors of the National School of Public Health. Its objective was to exchange criteria on strategic planning in academic and institutional health processes.
