ABSTRACT

The diagnosis of the arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia (ARVD) is one of the deseases in patiens how have malignant ventricular arrhythmia and sudden cardiac death. The etiology and patogenia of its is actually unknow, there are diferents theories such as: disorder related with embryologic develop and genetics. The case that we present is an example of helpful and right interpretation of electrocardiogram in a patient with ventricular tachycardia in which has confirm diagnosis of ARVD.
