ABSTRACT

The injuries have become a problem of public health for the affectation to individuals in age economically productive. The injury in the region of the neck is revised little and it however expound important challenges in their handling out and inside the hospital area, they in this work come some useful alternatives in their prehospital emergency handling and in the context of the emergency room.
