ABSTRACT

Twenty two year old man is admitted with a history of been hurt 10 h before with a gunshut he show truly hipovolemic shock manifestations and was taded to the operating room, surgeons found several intestinal injuries and those were treated as a damage control surgery, due to patient manifestations a retroperitoneal haematoma is explored, binding a vascular injury at the infrarenal aorta and at the infrarenal cava and common right iliac vein which were ligated aorta was resected below renal division and its palced a “Y” tube. Even patient survives at surgery died in the UCI.
