ABSTRACT
The first metropolitan meeting for extracorporeal circulation was held in November 7th at the Instituto Nacional de Cardiologia “Ignacio Chavez”. During this meeting, in the presence of the whole group of mexican perfusionist a tribute and recognition was payed to Amalia Reyes Guevara, chief of the Perfusion Department of the Instituto Nacional de Cardiologia Ignacio Chavez for her outstanding professional trajectory.
