ABSTRACT

The present communication has as it purpose to underscore the importance of applying quality to the nursing care that is to be offered to patients who present alterations of the cardiovascular system. We should remember that this care can be offered in different stages, according to the situation of each one of the patients. To make it more effective it is important to determine the more frequent nursing diagnostics, which help the nurse to plan, organize and to make a priority in the different activities that are to be developed.
