Nasal dynamic splint in leporin nose

ABSTRACT
The present paper is a study which evaluates the efficacy of dynamic nasal splint in the management of nasal deformities as cleft lip palate sequel (leporin nose). We present ten treated patients by this technique. In all the cases there were modifications of the dimensions of the nasal structure, showing good aesthetic appearance at the end of the treatment.
This is a preliminary report which lack to evaluate the results in long term, to evaluate possible recidivism in the affected nasal collapse.
