The program of Cancer Cervicouterine requires of an I redraw in its processes inside which should be contemplated, the incorporation of a systematized cytology report. The purpose of the present work is to design to structure, to develop and to observe the impact of a Software for the report cytological in the program of opportune detection of Cancer Cervicouterine. Material and methods: It was carried out an observational, prospective study, where you structures a software in a computer with processor Pentium, programming language CLIPPER 5.2. By means of 5 tests pilot with participation of nurses, cytotechnologists and pathologist evaluated the impact by means of survey and observation guide. Results: The software you restructures in 10 occasions. During the realization of the tests pilot, it was observed that: 70.5% manifested to operate a computer and 29.5% he/she doesn’t have knowledge in calculation, 100% declared that the software is acceptable, 94% that its more profitable serious time of work and 94.1% consider that a better pursuit of cases would be given. Conclusions: This software is accepted and compatible with any computation team in the IMSS. It is feasible to couple it to the automated system of epidemic pursuit and the shipment of results could decrease from two months to one week.
