multiple rhombic flaps, frontoglabellar reconstruction.

ABSTRACT

Multiple transposition flaps have been used in different parts of the body, but there are few reports of their facial use, particularly in the frontoglabellar region. We only have a few reconstruction options in this region when significant defects exist. Some flaps, especially the graft, are not the best reconstruction option since both can ostensibly modify the anatomy of the eyebrows and glabellar region, and the seconds to wear a skin of a different texture and color, and with the disadvantage of retraction that can cause over time. This flap may be a good option for reconstructing this region. We present two cases resolved with this flap with adequate results, both from the functional and cosmetic points of view.
