ABSTRACT

We present a new case of Linear Porokeratosis in a child. It is an infrequent disease with lesion that follow the Blaschko lines. The different clinical presentations of Porokeratosis, its histopathology, its inheritance mechanisms, its importance as a premalignant condition, and the differenttreatment options are discussed.
