ABSTRACT
The advancement of artificial intelligence (AI), including GPT4 model has arrived to stay in the field of general education and health sciences education in particular, simulation-based education is no exception. In the present work, we show the application of GPT4 in the construction of simulation cases from the experience of two Latin American simulation centers. We propose some recommendations for effective instruction, show some results as examples, and discuss some difficulties and limitations in its use.
