tubular apocrine adenoma.

ABSTRACT

Tubular apocrine adenoma is a rare tumor of the sweat glands. Its most common presentation is on the scalp, and it predominates in women in a 2:1 ratio. We present a 30-year-old female with an asymptomatic tumor of the chin. Dermoscopy of the lesion showed yellowish structureless areas and erythematous areas with elongated and punctate vessels. Histopathology revealed cuboidal cells with a basophilic nucleus and a fine chromatin pattern. The cells are grouped in cords and presence of ductal structures with apocrine secretion inside.
