ABSTRACT

Eccrine spiradenoma is a rare, benign neoplasm from the sweat gland; usually presents as a solitary, slow-growing nodule. Due to its low incidence, the dermoscopic characteristics have not yet defined, so the histopathological study still necessary for a definitive diagnosis. The complete surgical excision of the lesion is the gold standard treatment, with very low risk of recurrence. We present a 65-year-old woman, with an asymptomatic left preauricular neoformation of chronic evolution, which showed structureless pattern, yellow-orange lumps and arborizing vessels on dermatoscopy.
