ABSTRACT
Aortic valve endocarditis is rather common in our setting. Structural alterations of the aortic leaflets become mandatory to indicate surgical treatment. Leaflet perforation is quite ordinary, whereas perforation associated to elongation is pretty weird. We present herein some images obtained from a patient underwent operation by Escherichia coli infective endocarditis.
