ABSTRACT

Dextrocardia is the rotation of the cardiac apex to the rightward, rare congenital disease. Have been reported about 30 cases in literature in association with myocardial revascularization.
We show herein a 41-year old male case with situs inversus, dextrocardia and 8-year ischemic heart disease diagnosed with previous stent placement in right coronary artery, in which myocardial revascularization was performed to the descending anterior with the right internal mammary artery.
