ABSTRACT

We present the case of a 57-year-old female patient with a 1-year history characterized by functional class deterioration, fatigue, dyspnea, oppressive thoracic pain, TTE with severe pulmonary insufficiency, angioTAC with pulmonary artery trunk aneurysm with maximum diameter of 68x64 mm was operated on, with mechanical pulmonary valve implantation, aneurysmectomy, reconstruction of pulmonary artery trunk and left pulmonary artery plasty, with adequate evolution and hospital discharge at 11 postoperative days.
