ABSTRACT
Cardiac papillary fibroelastoma represents less than 8% of all primary cardiac tumors and ic may resemble any hearth disease. Tumoral resection is the surgical treatment. A 12 year-old female presented syncope, heart murmur and dyspnea. The echocardiography showed a 21mm x 10mm tumoral mass closely related to anterior mital leaflet. We performed a transvalvular aortictumoral resection on the anterior leaflet of mitral successfully. No postoperative complications and pathology report was papillary fibroelastoma.
