Primary malignant cardiac tumors are among the rarest neoplasms. Even when they usually have a poor prognosis for medium to long term regardless of treatment, many of them are amenable for surgery, especially when they are life-threatening in short because of intracameral blood flow obstruction, hemodynamic repercussion.
