ABSTRACT
Transcatheter aortic valve implantation is a feasible and effective strategy for patients with severe aortic stenosis with high surgical risk. We present herein a 60-year old female with severe aortic stenosis underwent TAVI, with migration of prothesis to the left ventricle. It was needed an extracorporeal oxygenation membrane as a bridge to surgery, with satisfactory outcome. Ii is important to be familiar with possible procedural difficulties, and pay enough attention to potential risk of complications.
