ABSTRACT
Kommerell diverticulum is a rare entity. We report herein the
case of an adult patient who presented dysphagia. After a careful
clinical examination and imaging studies was shown the
compression esophageal secondary to the Kommerell diverticulum,
right aortic arch and aberrant left subclavian artery.
Surgical operation was successfully performed.
