Parametrization of nursing care to people with acute myocardial infarction in Primary Health Care

ABSTRACT
Introduction: Nursing care for acute myocardial infarction in Primary Health care is an individualized process, from an assessment that is supported on clinical reasoning and contributes to the taking of decisions.Objective: To parametrize the nursing care for acute myocardial infarction.
Methods: A descriptive, cross-sectional study was carried out in the main policlinics with Emergency services in Mayabeque, in 2020. The universe was formed by 44 nursing professionals. Observation, surveys; job tests, and an interview were applied, a pilot test was performed and expert criteria was used through V of Aiken coefficient and the methodological triangulation to compare the information. Central tendency measures and dispersion were calculated as well as Cronbach Alfa coefficient.
Resultads: The job dimension was observed all the time in a 54.54 %, it obtained the category of very adequate in the 43.18 % and always in the 79.54 %. The competence dimension was observed all the time in the 47.72 %, it classifies as little adequate in the 40.90 % and almost always in the 52.27 %; while the dimension related to the clinical method was not observed in a 45.45 % and it reached the categories of no adequate in a 34.09 % and never in the 36.36 %.
Conclusions: The performed parametization allows to confirm that in the initial diagnosis, the studied variable was affected with a medium level of development. Problems and potentialities that justify the development of an intervention of nursing care, were identified.
