Recent studies from our laboratory have demonstrated an association between Th1 function in non-IgE food allergy, celiac disease and ileal lymphoid nodular hyperplasia (ILNH) (Bellanti, et al 2003). The present study describes two case reports that lend further support for this multifaceted relationship.
