ABSTRACT
This article describes three members of a family that had multiple odontogenic keratocysts. After the surgical treatments, two recurrences occurred within a follow-up of six years. Nevoid Basal Cell Carcinoma Syndrome or Gorlin and Goltz Syndrome was diagnosed in these three patients, because they also had multiple nevus, defects in the fusion of the cervical vertebrae and calcification of the falx cerebri.
