The use of emojis in the buy of drugs in social media

ABSTRACT

In a digital society emojis have shown to be an everyday life form of communication principally amongst the youth in social media. This pictograms, are utilized to express emotions, fill content in messages, substitute words, and even as cyphered messages, meanings for a group of people that can understand them. In recent times their numbers and complexity have grown significantly, as well as their functions, such as being used in transactions of substances in a more accesible and anonymous way, increasing the risk of consumption amongst the population. The objective of this work is to give a brief review on the use of emojis in the buy of drugs in social media.
