ABSTRACT

We present the case of a 63-year-old patient with a kidney transplant from a deceased donor with adequate kidney function after the transplant who presented as a complication venous thrombosis of the graft that led to the resumption of hemodialysis in addition to anuria for two months with recovery of kidney function and spontaneous uresis which allowed the suspension of dialysis.
