ABSTRACT
The article describes the successful management of a case of placenta percreta in a 32-year-old patient. It highlights the importance of early diagnosis through ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging, especially in cases of placenta previa. Meticulous surgical planning and multidisciplinary collaboration were crucial. The patient underwent a cesarean hysterectomy without complications, with intra- and postoperative blood transfusions. Both the mother and the baby had a favorable outcome, emphasizing the need for early intervention in cases of placenta accreta to prevent serious complications.REFERENCES
