ABSTRACTIntroduction: The surgical indications in the ischemic cardiopathy at the present time have changed and the number of suitable patients for her has been reduced.
Objective: To know the indications CRVC in patients (p) of the Medical Center.
Patients and methods: The files of p with CRC were reviewed during the period of January of 2003 to June of 2006, determining the affected number of injuries and glasses.
Results: 75 files were reviewed, excluding 12 incompletes, of 63p remaining, 39p attended with unstable angina (61.9%), 14p with stable angina (22.2%) and 10 with acute infarct of the myocardium (15.8%).
Conclusions: Our results are similar to the reported ones in international literature, being the main indication dee CRVC the unstable angina. With trivascular affection and the glasses that more frequently show injuries critics are descendent the previous one, circumflex and coronary rigth.
