ABSTRACT

Introduction: tuberculosis (TB) is a global public health issue that can affect any organ. Although involvement of the genitourinary tract is one of the most common extrapulmonary sites, exclusive genital tuberculosis has been poorly described. tb should be considered in the differential diagnosis of men with testicular tumors.
Case report: a 24-year-old man with no significant medical history presented with weight loss and a testicular tumor. He underwent radical orchiectomy due to suspicion of oncologic pathology, with histopathological confirmation of testicular TB.
Conclusions: testicular TB, although rare, requires prompt diagnosis and treatment to preserve reproductive health.
