ABSTRACT
In Peru, the licensed medical technologist is the health sciences professional who covers the areas of physical therapy and rehabilitation, occupational therapy, speech therapy, radiology, optometry, clinical laboratory and pathological anatomy. She worked during the COVID-19 pandemic, participating in the solidarity program On line therapy, where she provided actions directed to the community in the orientation and therapeutic recommendations, with the use of virtual tools, to disseminate topics related to health care. Focused from a preventive-promotional point of view, to improve the quality of life and provide therapeutic follow-up to people who had discontinued therapies due to confinement and social distancing measures.
