ABSTRACT

Aging process is the consequence of changes suffered due functional and organic conditions determined by lifelong deterioration that has the death as final event. Putting aside several metabolic, ontological or certain class of diseases the healthy men gets old and a definitive and progressive decline exist very evident in muscular strength (sarcopenia), general weakness, bone mass reduction and even sexual disability. Since older population is worldwide growing people over sixty years of age revealed to be an important issue in social in medical care to be taken in consideration Life quality is perhaps the goal in different aspects and improving the general conditions may be reflected in individual and collective characteristics of the population. Men may have been forgotten. Nutritional and some kind of therapeutic actions are able to improve the men health. Bruno Lunenfeld started some years ago with medical actions that include a journal, different congresses and investigation under the name of the “aging male” so doctors get in mind to help people to get old with health and dignity.
