ABSTRACT
This article proposes quantum thinking as an emerging
cognitive model to address the growing complexity
of healthcare systems. Based on principles of
quantum physics, it allows for the simultaneous integration
of clinical, contextual, and social trajectories,
surpassing linear reasoning. Five dimensions applied
to medical practice are described:
interpretive simultaneity,
strategic adaptability, contextual reading,
uncertainty management, and observer awareness.
Quantum thinking is presented as a transversal competence
in clinical, educational, and management settings,
aligned with the challenges of current primary
care.
