I wish to introduce our readers to ANNALS OF HEPATOLOGY. This is a new journal, dedicated to publish excellent original manuscripts on basic and clinical research in hepatology. In particular, we expect that our titles will include clinical trials, epidemiology, and research that will encourage further production of excellent clinical studies.
