Customized record in Microsoft Word for the teaching student evaluation process

ABSTRACT
Background: the teaching student evaluation process requires a technological resource designed to optimize and guarantee the quality of the evaluation. In this context, tools such as Microsoft Word can be used to create digital resources that facilitate the management and monitoring of this activity.Objective: to design a customized Microsoft Word record for the teaching student evaluation process in the Health Rehabilitation program.
Methods: a development study was carried at the Faculty of Health Technology and Nursing of Villa Clara University of Medical Sciences in 2024. Theoretical methods were used: historical-logical, analytical-synthetic, and modeling; empirical methods: analysis of methodological documents related to the evaluation of teaching student , a questionnaire for the 11 tutor professors and six specialists to evaluate the resource; and mathematical methods: descriptive statistics. Results: a customized Microsoft Word record was designed for the teaching student evaluation process, considering their year within the assistantship program. Based on the analyzed dimensions, indicators and specific tasks for students to accomplish
Conclusions: the designed product contains tasks whose complexity increases according to the requirements of the established documents and after consultation with the tutors. It was satisfactorily evaluated by the specialists and is useful because it allows teachers to quickly and easily create the teaching student development plan. It is relevant and feasible to implement as it is a resource created in Microsoft Word.
