ABSTRACTA 21 year-old male presented with paroxysmal nocturnal dyspnea, oppressive chest pain, intensity 6/10 which lasted more than 45 minutes, without characteristically irradiations, with sweating, defecation sensation and involuntary sphincter relaxation. Later the patient presented loss of consciousness an muscle tone with spontaneous add integrum recuperation. He presented to the emergency room for valoration and diagnosis. He had knee surgery 10 days before this admission.
