Lumbar vertebral enchondroma

ABSTRACT

A case of vertebral enchondroma of the lumbar spine, presenting radicular affection in inferior limbs in the onset, and later emceed flaccid paraparesis whit disorders of the rectal sphincter muscle. The diagnosis of enchondroma was confirmed by biopsy. In the surgery it realized laminectomy of L2 even L4. To the month of operates the patient recovered the force muscular of the inferior limbs almost completely and improvement of the disorders of the rectal sphincter muscle.
