ABSTRACT
Transplant complications in pediatric depend on diverse and multiple factors. Graft rejection is the most common complication of kidney transplantation, while infections are the leading cause of morbidity in the first year after transplantation. Among surgical complications, urological and vascular complications are the most frequent, endangering graft survival. Early identification and treatment are required, as well as the coordinated care of a multidisciplinary team.REFERENCES
