ABSTRACT

The rheumatic cardiopathy inactivates is an inflammatory suffering, is caused by streptococo hemolytic beta of the group A. The purpose is to content the well-taken care of infirmary in a service of emergency and individual of a doctor’s office with the method nurse and a model of attention. The clinical case corresponds to a woman of 39 years of age, with mitral stenosis and sequels of cerebral vascular accident. In the service of doctor’s offices they were identified in the patient, by means of the model of Virginia Henderson deficiencies in satisfying the necessities with oxygenation, communication, rest and dream, movement and good position and to avoid dangers.
