ABSTRACT
The way in which the study activity is conceived, executed and controlled is decisive in the achievement of educational objectives, especially in integrated disciplines. In this article, its authors reflect on the gaps that hinder the structuring of independent work, in the subjects of the Biological Bases of Medicine discipline that most enable integration, and suggest a group of actions to take into account for its improvement. There are "understanding gaps" that affect the overall perspective and the common integrating logic necessary to establish the internal links between the contents and achieve an adequate structuring of this independent work, which can be improved if the systemic approach is taken into account. of the skills system and the delimitation of knowledge that allow the establishment of internal links in each subject, among other actions.REFERENCES
