ABSTRACT

Public health actions play a central role in pandemic preparedness and response. This work updates a set of strategies agreed upon by a group of experts in 2022, taking into account the lessons learned during the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as subsequent insights and reflections derived from a new round of analysis involving researchers, professionals, and public health officials with expertise across various disciplines. A series of strategies, actions, and milestones are proposed to support a more effective response, tailored to territorial needs and local health conditions.
