ABSTRACT

An 85-year-old male, resident of a nursing home, with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hematuria of 3 weeks’ evolution accompanied by asthenia, adynamia and lethargy, under medical treatment, which begins with transient disorientation. For this reason, he is transferred to the hospital for comprehensive evaluation, which includes simple phase abdominopelvic computed tomography (CT) with multiplanar reconstructions.
