ABSTRACT
Cerebral tuberculomas are focal granulomatous masses in the brain caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. They arise through hematogenous dissemination and often resemble neoplasms on neuroimaging. Diagnosis relies on magnetic resonance or computarized tomography scans and microbiological confirmation.
