ABSTRACT

Apocrine hidrocystoma is a rare benign cystic tumor that originates from the apocrine sweat glands or their equivalents, such as the glands of Moll in the eyelids. The usual treatment is simple surgical excision, which is typically curative and allows for a definitive histopathological diagnosis. Malignant transformation is uncommon.
