ABSTRACT

Cancer of unknown origin is a frequent diagnosis in medical practice. It represents an heterogeneous group of tumors that share the same clinical characteristic; early diagnosis of metastasis, without identifying the primary tumor. The following case report will discuss the most common sites of primary malignancies, histological findings and radiographic differences that distinguish secondary malignancies from primary tumors.
