ABSTRACT

History. Twenty nine-years old female with diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis, Complains of progressive weakness of the right side of the face and two episodes of generalized tonic-clonic seizures. She was know to have had progressive right facial atrophy, for the last 6 years, currently taking corticosteroids. FE: Enophthalmos and right facial atrophy.
