At the time when there are so many journals in biomedical science, Annals of Hepatology is growing fast. Indeed, only two years after starting with this new journal. I am very please to inform you that Annals of Hepatology was reviewed by the National Library of Medicine Committee in October, 2003 and received a score between 3.5 and 3.9, the equivalent of “very good”. The Library will cite and index Annals of Hepatology in Index Medicus and Medline. Also is worthwhile to know that Annals of Hepatology has been included at the European Copernicus Index, Free Medical Journal and the Latin American Biomedical Index.
