ABSTRACT

Painful patello-femoral syndrome must be initially treated by conservative procedures, as it is expected a good response in those patients who have mild affection of the patello-femoral joint. Fundamentals of conservative treatment which is applied in our Sports Clinic that includes reforming daily activities, drug prescription and a complete rehabilitation and exercise program is discussed.
