ABSTRACT

This is a prospective trial in which 60 club feet were reviewed in the period between March 1992 and March 1995, for correction of the congenital adducts equinnus varus foot with Turco (11 patients), McKay (8 patients), Carroll (8 patients), and Thomas’ techniques (10 patients). All of them were managed with Jones bandage in the immediate postoperative; and since we began this bandage type they were not complications like vascular commitment, wound dehiscence, ulcers for compression or exit of plasters.
