Infirmary care for pediatrics patients at the postoperative period in heart surgery

ABSTRACT

At the present time almost all the congenital cardiopathy can be palliated or corrected, for it, to provide a vision of the care nurse in the Unit of Therapy Intensive Pediatric Postoperative, it allows to have elements to grant this cares in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. To execute the infirmary cares in the unit of cares intensive postoperative they should take into account five aspects that include, the derived physiologic effects of the extracorporeal circulation, hemodynamic monitoring in paediatrics, preparation of unit of intensive cares, the admission process and to have priority the infirmary cares.
