ABSTRACT

Every process of duel is unique and irrepetible the present clinic case can make os known general panorama over type dying support death of the first-born offers, this support provided by request of a relative to service dying of the National Institute of Cardiology Ignacio Chávez, to support at the mother because the quality of her life of this deteriorated to day and day causing misalignment in familiar dynamics.
